I had a wonderful stay at Samama Ajyad Hotel, Makkah with my mother, and our experience was truly memorable. We stayed in Room 909, and from the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the entire Samama team. A special thanks to the Hotel Manager and the amazing staff members Shaheen and Arif for their professionalism, kindness, and constant support. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Muhammad from the golf car service (morning shift)—he was always helpful, kind, and made our trips to and from the Haram very comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the Haram, which made our stay extremely convenient, especially while traveling with my mother. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with satisfying options. Overall, the hospitality, service, and welcoming attitude of the staff made our stay peaceful and pleasant. I truly recommend Samama Ajyad Hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and would happily stay here again in the future.
