Coming every year we received an very nice upgrade to the 15 floor an d we had an amazing appartement. The security was very helpful with the luggage. We are over 80 years still travelling a lot and hop to do so for the next year's. We allways stop o the same place. The tapas on the bar where very tasty.

The space is bright, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with all the amenities you could possibly need for both short and long stays. The location is ideal: close to Niš Fortress and the city center, yet wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We loved relaxing on the beautiful terrace with its lovely view, and the fast, free Wi-Fi was another big plus. Our host, Bojan, was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The free private parking made our stay even more convenient. The place is really neat and clean. It's close to the center but at the same time the location is quiet. The hosts are very friendly and will help you with any questions or topics you might have. The parking on the street is provided by the city and the payed hous in Nis are all the way until 9pm, however, the hosts took care of the parking fees which was extremely nice. P.S. Bonus points for the very nice cats that you can find in front of the place.
