Fantastic 1st floor apartment in a great location. It’s so close to all Aveiro has to offer. There is free parking available in the public car park 2 mins walk from the property which was really handy (and is visible from the lounge window). The apartment was exactly as described and was very comfortable.

Beautifully decorated appartment in a fabulous location. Ana was very helpful with tips and Carmen gave us a warm welcome and kept everything spotlessly clean. We could drive to the door of the appartment to unload and always found a parking space on the large free car park on the other side of the canal. The appartment is pet friendly, which is fantastic and the canal is also a good spot, to walk the dog first thing in the morning. Everything was perfect and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We took our little dog with us and just across from the apartment is the most wonderful park to walk him and in addition Tiago arranged for there to be a doggy bed and dishes for our dog! The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. About a 10 min walk into the town center and plenty of good restaurants and things to see. There is a little bar just a few hundred meters from the apartment with outside seating, super friendly people and good pregos: Pregaria do Parque. All in all a very nice place.

That's a nice place in a nice area of Aveiro - all the interesting places are a short walk away from it, there is a decent-sized supermarket quite close, there is street parking (which I suggest you use instead of that horrific free one close, with scammers running around) costing around 1 EUR per hour, but since it's free between 20:00 and 08:00 and on weekends, you end up paying 12 EUR per weekday max, which is quite good, in my opinion. When it comes to the apartment itself, we were thrilled to see the water cooler inside. After rating numerous apartments in the last 15 years when travelling (7 countries per year, on average, with 2-4 cities per country, usually), I have never seen anyone giving that amount of water to his/her visitors - we didn't need to carry those heavy water bottles from the store. The apartment was spacious enough, and the bathrooms were either renovated recently or just kept well all this time. We enjoyed our stay here.

Strange but interesting location with easy access to centre, free on road parking at weekends and usually quiet traffic-free street. Some original tiled fronted buildings in area and large theatre. Comfortable bed with bedding and towels. Large modern overhead shower but tiny sink! Good kitchen facilities including large fridge and cooker. Pet friendly! :) Host was very helpful re: pet staying and access codes on arrival.

Cosy, modern, recently refurbished house with all appliances and accessories, also coffee and tea offer. Excellent for a couple on holidays and pet friendly as well. Attentive host, responded quickly and friendly.

Dina the host was superb, the location of the apartment is fantastic being just in front of the canal and around the corner from lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable. Free parking is available on the opposite side of the canal and dogs are accepted for a small charge.
