Very nice owner of the apartment. She also offers taxi services. She kindly took us to the supermarket, and can also take you to the train station and meet you on arrival. The room is on the first floor and has everything you need, but there are no doors between the rooms. In fact, it is a one-room studio. There is a barbecue outside. The room is in a private house, but five meters from a busy road, so with the windows open it is a little noisy. If you like walking in the park, then two kilometers away there is a beautiful panorama of the Tatar Kurgan. In the summer, it is especially good. The bus stop is 10 meters away, but it is more convenient to use the taxi service of the owner of the apartment. I recommend these apartments.

Cosy appartement in a quiet area, yet close to the railway station and town center. Great location. The appartment is perfect for 1-2 people. I have now stayed twice, for 1 night and then for 3 nights. All amenities are there - if you wish, you can cook, there are dishes and stove; also a washing machine and iron. It was warm in the appartement, the heating worked fine. Quiet at night - you have curtains which protect well from light. As for the noise, you might hear someone arriving and/or leaving into the appartement next door, but that's all. It is a residential building, probably from the 19 century, so there is no lift, but the stairs are not too steep and relatively large. I can second other positive reviews, this place is a great value for money paid. Staff is responsive and polite, even if all communication was online only in my case.
