The staff were very attentive, engaging and helpful. A real credit to the stay and helped create some great memories. The offered food and restaurant options were very good. I did a meal plan which was exactly what I wanted. The space and facilities were beautiful and really suited my stay and allowed complete relaxation and engagement at my own pace. The treatments and wellness activities were very good and exactly what I was looking for during the stay.

My package does not come with breakfast, however, the provided me with a traditional Filipino breakfast of rice and chicken fry. I did not have the chance to explore the hotel's location extensively, however, you have the option to order food using the Food Panda app. Mr.Simon and his team was very friendly. if you get bored, just come down and in lobby you can do chit chat with them.

We initially liked the location and the rooms, eventhough, there are traces of it being old already, still, the room where we stayed at was decent.

The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Taal, so I was able to go for a swim whenever I wanted. I was able to rent a bicycle from the hotel and had fun exploring the nearby barangays. The staff were friendly and accommodating. If you want to escape from the city, this is a good place to relax. It is not far from Tagaytay.
