Thanks indeed for a wonderful stay and I apprreciate the location as it is very near my place in Sanlo Makati. Kudos to your security staff Ronald and to the reception manager Mary who assisted me in tirning on the aircon. Thanks also for Lovely who made my check in late in the evening quite comfortable as she is knowledgeable on what to do. And your staff on duty JP who have taken a look at the airconditioning unit at such an ungodly hour as I told him that it might be not functioning well. And to Russel who took the time out to help me with my parking and the purchasing of mask in the morning before we leave for Boracat. Thanks you Russel. More importantly, the Super Junior 20th Anniversary was made memorable also because of my stay in the 16th floor. Again, I express my heartfelt gratitude.! Cheers!
