Wow, what an amazing place, it has everything you need for a great stay. Loved the location, the history and quirkiness of the building, sitting on the balcony and the kitchen facilities are second to none. The garden and the views are why you come to New Zealand

After 2 weeks travelling New Zealand and staying in a variety of accommodation types, this has to be my favourite. The bed was incredibly comfy and I slept very well, and to wake up in the morning and have freshly ground, French press coffee was splendid. <3

Very cute tiny house, lovely surroundings and the hosts were very welcoming and amazingly helpful when we forgot something at the property and sent it to our new destination.

Berlins cafe, bar and backpackers has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Newton Flat. Free WiFi and a shared kitchen are offered.

We were served by two men who were super friendly and attentive at all times. The room was super clean. They gave us two towels, soap, and everything was super nice. 100% recommended.
