Most Positive Experience – A Perfect Stay! This was by far one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning view that took my breath away every morning. The breakfast was exceptional—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to suit every taste. Fantastic view over the city and Fjord from the bed (Superior room), even at night with shiny city skyline lights (and Aurora if it appears). The room was nice and cozy, the bed and the sheets were very very comfortable. We would love to stay here for more days. The breakfastroom and the living room had this fantastic view, too. The rooms were also modern and nice with a fireplace, cozy furniture and coffee and tea for free. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a smaller buffet but had enough choices with omelette, cakes, breads, cheese, vegetables, cold cuts, joghurt, juices..

We got a free update! It was a very nice and comfy stay, 10/10, would recommend.

Very professional staff. The receptionist assisted me with checking my room lock (it was a misunderstanding on my part). The rooms are very cozy, the carpets exceptionally comfortable, and the decor precisely matched my tastes, which I thoroughly enjoyed. There's ample parking. It's conveniently located right under the ski slopes and I believe there's also a supermarket across the street, although I haven't utilised the latter two or any of the hotel facilities.

The tipi tent was really nice. The view we had in the morning was also cool. The beds were also comfortable.

The room, hall and restaurant area are really neat and comfortable, food was quite good, very fine breakfast and dinner, the lady at the reception was extremely kind, the view on the fiord from the bedroom was unexpected and beautiful. We slept on the best mattresses in our entire trip to Lofoten!
