It was great, even so my Spanish ain’t great the host was super friendly and like to talk and help wherever he could. The house is amazing, it’s a family house, spacious and you feel like being a friend at someone’s home and not stranger in a hotel!

Best accomodation close to Masaya! Breakfast was amazing, hosts were available anytime, rooms were comfortable with hot showers!!! Pool and outdoor area was great.. clean and looking forward to going back in the future

Very nice and kind owners, location just in the center of Masaya. Comfortable bed, basic kitchen to cook. Everything clean. I would definitely stay again! 😇

The hotel is located right at the lagoon with a beautiful yard and very nice chill out areas. We also enjoyed the food (vegetarian options!) of the restaurant. The breakfast selection is very good and you get more options than only Gallo pinto like in most of the hotels. The staff is very friendly and we had a great time chatting with the swiss owner. The massage was very good and you can use kayaks and tubes for free.

This property is within walking distance to San Juan de Oriente and Catarina where there is much to see and do if you are a creative traveller or on a walking holiday that passes nearby. This family of artists are simply wonderful; they went out of their way to make my stay as a solo traveller more enjoyable, introducing me to the fruits i brought in the local town and even showing me some ancient stone carvings in their local woodland. The accommodation offers excellent value for money and i enjoyed a wonderful ceramics lesson with a master ceramicist. Here you can enjoy an authentic Nicaraguan experience in terms of the surrounding environment whilst feeling safe, and knowing your hosts are trying to improve their local environment. Fall asleep listening to sounds of the forest and wake up to watch monkeys in the trees.

Very individual design and even with the busy hotel activity in the neighborhood Casa Bella is really calm. The high rise beds are very comfortable, with very intelligent solution for light switches and fans… very well working aircon. Kitchen equipped with basic ingredients, fridge with eggs and some drinks… we didnt use it, but it was nice to have the option. Dogs were not only welcome, they had a water bowl prepared in the common area. A small welcome board on the door was a very sweet plus to feel at home. Great to have the option to use restaurant service of Casa Marimba.

The House is beautiful and modern, the rooms very spacious with all the comfort you could need. The whole concept is very well thought out and Yves is an amazing host. We have stayed in similar priced Hotels in Granada before and none of them reached Casa Bubu! The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed every bit of it, the whole Stay felt like a special treat! Next time we will definitely stay longer.
