It was our first time in Montenegro and staying in this exceptional family hotel was like... a holiday with friends, a holiday with family :-) Starting with the pick-up by the senior chef of the house, the extremely friendly and attentive receptionist and the waiter - I have never met a more attentive person. The two owners Dina & her husband - he cooks fantastically, Dina is simply the heart of the whole house Fantastic food, wonderful views, friendly attentive people... It's not in the city center, so it's perfect for relaxation and rest. Everything is within a 10-minute drive. The pool is perfect and the hosts are very nice and friendly. The breakfast is sensational. The local traditional dishes are very delicious, but the continental breakfast is also perfect.

The villa was immaculate, the pool was exceptionally clean & the location was great. There is a carnival for the children right opposite the apartment & the beach is just a 5 min walk. The host Leo speaks English and frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend this villa.

They welcome you with open arms! Having arrived much later than anticipated, the owner/manager was very friendly, I requested to check in early in the morning at 2am, owner of Queen Kodre Apartments also recorded a video and sendet to me where should I pick up the keys, once I arrive and left the lights on outside in lobby and outside of the room so I can see when I check in. Very welcoming family owned place. I really recommend this place, it is worth it. Will be back again every time I be in Ulcinj, and I will recommend to all my friends and family.

The apartment was huge with a very big terrace overlooking the old town. It has all the necessary utensils for a great stay. The owner was very helpful, even lending me a dongle whhen the wifi was down. There is also parking spaces available.

Exceptional hotel/apartment in a quiet part of Ulcinj. Staff were very welcoming, particularly Christian at the beach bar. Its a short walk into Town. Apartment was well equipped but it was really reasonable to eat out. Views & beach were amazing. Would recommend.

Great family owned hotel. Small fixes to be made and they fixed it straight away. They helped us with everything, very friendly. Clean rooms, nice pool and view. Located on a very steep hill, so if you got small kids, you might need to drive (1 min) down to the beach. We will for sure return.

The hotel is located right next to the sea, it has its own private beach for the hotel guests. The rooms are spacious and cozy. Breakfast meals are appetizing. The orange juice served for breakfast is something out of this world. The hotel staff was really nice and considerate to all our wishes and requests, no matter what time of day they would take care of our needs. Sending special thanks to Tifi, Nimet, Egli, and Hasan)
