What really sets the Riad Palais Sebban apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. The team is professional, friendly, and always happy to help guests in any way possible. They speak excellent English, so communication is not a problem, and they go above and beyond to make sure that all guests feel welcome and taken care of. One of the highlights of our stay was the included breakfast, which was delicious and varied. Although we had to leave early for a desert tour, the staff was kind enough to prepare breakfast for us to take away, allowing us to enjoy a tasty meal on the go. While some guests may be tempted to book a room with a private terrace, we found that the public terrace was incredible and offered great views of the city. All in all, the Riad Palais Sebban is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a stylish and luxurious riad in the heart of Marrakech. Highly recommended!

Staff was amazing, all guys that are working were very polite and helpful. Even though it’s in the center of Medina, it wasn’t noisy. It’s within 4-5 min from main squere. They organized 3 day/2 nights Merzouga tour for us which was great and they kept our luggage there even though that we checked out. Breakfast was wonderful and lots of options. I would definately recommend this place

Exceptional hotel! An oasis on the outskirts of Marrakesh. The decor is beautiful. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, with air con. We ate our evening meal and breakfast (both ample and delicious) under a roofed area in the garden overlooking the swimming pool. We had a night swim under a crescent moon. It was a joy to smell the scent of flowers in the garden and walk among the fruit trees in the orchard. We liked everything about this beautiful hotel. Thank you to Khalid and the staff for your hospitality. As it's approx. 45 mins by car to get to the hotel from Marrakesh, we'd recommend using your own transport to get there. It would make a lovely venue for a small wedding.

The staff and facilities were excellent. Very hygienic, comfortable, spacious and attended too. The location was just a 30 minute walk from anywhere in Marrakesh, 25 minute from the medina and easily accessible for taxis and cars. Me and my friend were made to feel like royalty. The beds were exceptionally comfy, after a long day of walking there was nothing better. Air conditioning for hot and cold weather was just right. Bed and bathroom made everyday. Sociable, friendly and such caring and gracious staff - especially Sabrine. To the oranges blossoming in the foyer next to the jade green pool to the sun soaking beds on the two terraces, this was our favourite stay in Marrakesh.
