It’s completely new, super clean and cozy. Have everything you need, even a spare toothbrush which is not really common here in Sri Lanka :) I can imagine people would appreciate the common kitchen to be used for breakfast or quick coffee.

Had a lovely stay. The Dóri and Yuga were friendly and helpful hosts, and the house was clean with a tidy garden and pool. The location is close to the beach, but not on a busy street, which makes for a relaxing stay. I look forward to returning next year!

My stay in Hikkaduwa was amazing. The room looks brandnew. It's very spacious, the bed is very comfortable, there's AC, a kitchen and even a table with chairs. The room is nicely decorated with pictures. It's only a few steps away from the beach with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The family that runs the places was extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me to find the best bus to the airport. Thank you so much! :-)

By far the best place of my trip! This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. The house is located in a beautiful peaceful garden in a cozy area. The rooms are by far the most beautiful rooms I’ve seen, design to perfection. The rooms were very clean and there is an overall peacefulness of the whole house. I was greeted by the most genuinely nice owners who made my stay extra special. The breakfast was delicious, a selection between local or continental. I can highly recommend this, a perfect oasis after a day on the beach. I will be back!

Breakfast was awesome every day. Mix of Srli Lankan & western, portions are so big that you can't eat all. Same for lunch that you can have in accomodation. Owners, Harry and Rosh are adding new things every day so they make this place better every day. Nice and good ppl. Manager Daryl is doing great job, really nice man, holding all pieces togeather and helping for any need.

We had an amazing relaxing 4 days stay in Orkid Villa. The pictures are the same as the house. Very newly built and has all the amenities of a house. There were 2 bedrooms and we travelled as a group so entire house was ours. We cooked food very comfortably. Its very near to beach 5-10minutes. Kumarakanda station is just oppsite the house (1min) so if you need train to Colombo, you can board here. Very sweet and humble family.

1. Hotel is fresh and new and of really a good quality. Nothing experienced heavy usage like in Riff - the only real 5* competitor on Hikka beach 2. I got Deluxe suite with Seaview for the price of a regular room cos the hotel just started to work and had not much of guests. 3. Room has excellent sleeping conditions which is rare on Shri: blind curtains & you can sleep with ac on without a risk to catch cold. Priceless.

Great room. The owner Anthony and his family are very nice and friendly people. We asked them for water several times - each time they gave us huge bottles of water and did not even charge us any money for it. They have a lot of cats and kittens and a very cool dog. The beach is literally across the road, a couple of minutes by tuktuk to the beach with turtles. The location itself is quiet and pleasant. We had a great weekend there.
