Our stay at Drexel House was superb. My mother and I stayed there for two nights after our safari at Masai Mara and all I can say is that it was a fantastic experience. The House is beauthifull!! The rooms, the garden all the common areas... Everything is lovely. If you are looking for a different place to relax, to connect with nature and to enjoy a pleasent conversation with the staff, this is your place. We specially appreciated having breakfast or in the garden, the swimming pool area, enjoyed the different lounges and relaxed in our nice room. We also enjoyed fantastic dinners in the place. Regarding location, it is very convinient to visit all the ammenities in Karen District: The Gireafe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum, Shopping centers or aricrafts shops, the Nairobi National Park... They can arrange you transport in the reception. All the staff is really lovely. They are very friendly people that make you feel like at home. In conclussion, if you would like to enjoy a boutique hotel away from the bussy city center, this is a place to go. I will always remember it as a wonderful experience. It is one of the best hotels where I have ever stayed.

Absolutely the most wonderful and helpful staff I have ever met in a hotel (and I traveled a lot). We were here for a medical emergency and they have been very helpful to assist us in any way. Stayed for a night and I am absolutely impressed! Everything was spotless and fresh linens. The room layout was thoughtfully done, and I loved how comfortably I could relax on the couch while watching TV. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and well-designed with a hot shower. Overall, a wonderful stay! Very close to CBD.
