The hotel owners are so kind and available. They assisted us throughout our stay and we got a lot of complimentary services we did not expect. Free transportation to the monkey park, free rental of ski materials (including clothes, helmet...everything!). My walking shoes broke and they tried fix them and gave me another pair to use in the meantime.

Very kind and helpfull owner drove me to the snow monkey park. Oyu was nice and hot, room tidy, and the whole Ryokan a a hidden gem. Traditional nostalgic atmosphere, old place but cozy.

Comfortable traditional ryokan. Great, hot onsen and also private onsen available. The young man at the reception was super kind and helpful, he even gave me a free ride to the monkey park. When I left I was given sweet pastries to take with me.
