The owner and his wife are very kind. When I arrived there, he was waiting for me outside. The train station and ferry terminal are very close. A very comfortable bed, a rich breakfast with a wonderful view.

location, service, kindness, helpfulness. staff at reception were wonderful! wonderful gluten free breakfast with so much choice 😍, lovely lakeside terrace for a cup of tea in the dark with the gorgeous sound of the lake lapping. and an amazingly comfortable bed! slippers & bath robe included. seriously above my normal budget but well worth the treat, waking up to sunset creeping over the mountains with the almost full moon reflecting in the calm lake

Nothing The property was not as advertised with many items described in the listing not being present Ie No working TV No Internet No air conditioning No Dishwasher No working heating More importantly there was no hot water or heating which made the stay nearly impossible as it was hot very cold 4 C Despite contacting the owners it took 2 days to eventually get hot water but by that time the stay was ruined and we we were leaving The owners promised at the time to reimburse us for the stay however after several attempts and promises they have failed to deliver the compensation offered From our position it would appear that the owners were not truthful about the facilities and to date have not delivered the compensation they promised if we did not write an accurate but negative review Worst place I have ever stayed on lake Como in my many years travel to the lake Worst customer experience and service that I have known.

We loved to stay at Emma house. The owner was very kind, giving us information about where to eat and shop, and she left us a bottle of wine as well. The property is a 2 minute walk frome the lake, and a 5-10 minute walk from the train station as well as the ferry station, so it is very conveniently located. The apartment is nice, spacious, clean, and well equipped. Would very highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay in this accomodation. Very clean rooms, amazing breakfast with a beautiful View on the lake! Martina is a very friendly and welcoming host. The parking slots are also very good. Be aware that the accomodation is on a hill, which gives you a wonderful view but the walk down to the water takes about 25 min and walking up again can be a bit challenging for elderly people. Anyways we would definitely stay here again!

The host was outstanding (so kind and helpful), the location very beautiful, the breakfast excellent and the B&B was boutique (High) level decorated. We tried to book a room last year - but it was fully booked then. This year we were lucky and it was really, really worth the wait. More value for money than we imagined. Would LOVE to go back. Can’t recommend this place enough.
