This hotel is outstanding in every way. The staff in all areas, from housekeeping to reception, to the breakfast service to the hotel lobby bar were all incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and all took pride in delivering outstanding service. Because we were booking the hotel in January, we wanted somewhere cozy, inviting, warm and comfortable. This hotel is truly all that and more. It's beautiful and elegant, and in a great location. It is literally across from one of the two main train stations and you'd never know it. We faced the station on the 5th floor and didn't hear the trams or traffic going by, ever. When we booked, our room was described as a "large double" but it turned out to be a king. Not sure if we were upgraded or that's how they describe a King but we were very pleasantly surprised. Best aperol spritz I've ever had was at the hotel lobby bar. Served with nuts, crackers and olives (free of charge) every evening. And the breakfast is included and was the best breakfast we've ever had at any hotel, ever. From pastries to bacon and eggs, salmon, yogurt, meats, fresh fruit, cheeses, pancakes: it had it all. You won't be disappointed!

This is the second time we have stayed at the NH in Torino. We loved the city, so decided to visit once again on our travels and of course chose this hotel once again. We found the staff to be very polite and helpful. The parking is very convenient for us. Also, the rooms are spacious and spotless. They provide a lovely oasis to relax and rest. The breakfast selection is great and the breakfast area is lovely. The centre is a few minutes walk.

And the breakfast is included and was the best breakfast we've ever had at any hotel, ever. From pastries to bacon and eggs, salmon, yogurt, meats, fresh fruit, cheeses, pancakes: it had it all. You won't be disappointed!

Staff were super friendly and helpful, parking available at the hotel which is very safe but a rate of 10eu. Pet friendly hotel but dogs are not allowed at the breakfast, either left at the room or we had the option to take some items from the breakfast items with us in the room.

Very dog friendly, great with our greyhound, no extra cost. We had a bubble bath in the jacuzzi in our room. Really comfy bed, we slept like logs. Lovely wallpaper and decor. Room just like in the photos. Breakfast had a good selection, great coffee. Handy central location with really good restaurants within walking distance. Worth the €20 for the private parking as we left luggage in the car, particularly with no charge for the dog.

The location was great, close to restaurants, museums and transportation. Monica and her daughter Isabella were fantastic, very quick to answer questions or help in anyway. They provided a wonderful breakfast for our stay with yogurt, bread, milk and pastries. The apartment is beautiful and pets allowed which is a huge bonus for us! Right across the street is a small park as well.

Location is awesome - about 100m from the old town with very good cafes and restaurants within metres of the front door. Room was big and clean. The building is a couple of hundred years old and the dining room is gorgeous. Staff were very nice including the staff at breakfast. Dog friendly. Onsite parking is a bonus.
