Fast comunication when booking, the Lady of the house makes very good breakfast, and is generaly friendly ofering tea or real Batista coffe with breakfast. You should note the breakfast is home made so its not a buffet type but still from cheese and meat to yoghurt and cerial, fruit bowl and homemade pies that are great even if you re not a cake person like myself. Owners have a friendly dog. The room was cleaned after first night so realy a hotel like service. Coffe tea and watter is provided free of charge, there is also a mini bar with normal price if you prefere to use it. It is notable how much work owners are putting into the B&B. In case i will have to stay at Tirano again I will definetly check the B&B iL Sorriso for avability.

One the best apartments we have stayed so far. Clean, everything is well thought of, causy, close to the train station. Maurizio is super responsive to inquiries, he gave clear instructions and left some coffee, tea & beverages for us. Highly recommend this apartment!
