Really fantastic staff, always so helpful and service minded, a treat! 6/5 Great rooms / accommodation, all new. 5/5 Very good food in the restaurant, breakfast, dinner. This is a stunning property completely immersed in the Tuscan countryside. The rooms are beautifully and luxuriously appointed with cosy open fires and huge bathrooms. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed all the touches from gorgeous Christmas decorations to the generous breakfast in the divine lemon-tree filled conservatory. When there was an issue with one of our party’s rooms that meant they had to move to another, this was resolved immediately and apologetically. We only had one night at Le Lappe but I wish we had had a week! We hope to return one day.
