The location was great, easily accessible from the airport/train and bus. The facilities were clean, breakfast was fantastic - truly continental (we did not expected such delicious and various options). The staff was respectful and helpful with good tips for restaurants, Ivan was super friendly. :) We could leave our bags at the reception after the check-out and come back to pick them up in the afternoon which we truly appreciated because we were bags free in Venice for more city exploration.

This hotel is a great choice especially if you come to Venice by driving as they have a private parking with many places. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and quiet at night. Bed are comfortable. You can buy the bus tickets to Venice at the front desk and the bus stop is close by. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant within the hotel is serving great food as well.

The apartment was wonderful, clean,spacious, fully furnished, equipped, unfortunately there was a problem with the washing machine, but after informed the hotel, staff came straight away to sort the problem out, they couldn't, but they actually offered us to take all our dirty clothes to wash,which they did. Absolutely brilliant service, so pleased with everything.

We received a very warm welcome. The apartment was a great location for travelling into Venice, just a couple of minutes to the tram stop.
