I didn't realise when I booked that we were staying in the 'apartments' and not the hotel - but not to worry the apartments were impeccable. We went to check in and the staff were very friendly, we asked to have dinner included as I had read very positive reviews about it. The staff arranged it and we went to dinner that night with a reservation and our names on a card. Was very appreciated. We walked around the facilities and they are stunning, same as the pictures. The apartment was massive, excellent beds and duvets. Fridge, coffee machine, etc. bathroom was large with a nice shower. We had a terrace with an umbrella and enjoyed the sunset that evening. The dinner - exceptional. 5 course meal and hand crafted cocktails. The menu was great with substitution options. We meant to go to the pool but did not have enough time. Free parking was great as well for our rental vehicle.

Cozy apartment in a great location, very close to many restaurants and a supermarket. We found the apartment very clean and beautifully decorated. Another plus was the communication before and during the check in. The personal is very helpful and the ladies downstairs in the office deserves 10 stars.

Great location for explaining the Dolomites. Especially Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Lago di Braies for example. Close to where many of the buses start, so easy to use public transport. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Really nice quality apartment with a choice of 2 balconies - one for breakfast and one for the evening. And a bread delivery service, delivered outside your apartment door. And a huge choice of types of bread, all delivered before 6:30am. Very friendly hosts….

Dogs are really welcomed. Sometimes hotels say that they are pet friendly, but then they start with restrictions. Here they are really openhearted. Thank you for that! Personal is extremely friendly. Breakfast is fabulous. Swimming pool is best in the afternoon with sunset. And there is great view from balcony to the mountains.

The hotel is centrally located and well-connected to other places. If you have limited time to explore the Dolomites, I highly recommend staying here. The staff is kind and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You'll also find frequent bus services to nearby cities.

Breakfast was incredible, lots of options that I really enjoyed. Staff are friendly, also love that it is dog friendly. Beds are comfy. The hotel was easy to access and get into at all times.

Very friendly staff and owner. They welcomed us with a surprise food for our dog the day we came in. They also sell the dog food in case your dog runs out of food. They clean your room everyday too. The hotel is located near two towns that are very accessible when it comes to food and groceries. It's close enough to Austria(less than 20 minutes drive.) if you want to visit the neighboring country. Breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast. It's near ski resorts and tourist spots like Lago di Braies and Tre Cime.
