We booked Sole Suite for a group of four friends from the USA on our Italian tour, and this stay was such a highlight. The ideal location of Colico is convenient by train from Milan, which makes it ideal to explore Lake Como and the Valtellina, and Bellagio and Varenna are easy to reach by ferry or train. Colico’s large beach front is breathtaking. We are active and loved that we had hiking, cycling, and water sports right at our doorstep. When we weren’t out adventuring, we spent time relaxing at the property—lounging by the infinity pool with its stunning lake and mountain views was an absolute treat. Even when the weather turned rainy, we enjoyed staying in. We cooked a delicious homemade Italian dinner in the modern, fully equipped kitchen using fresh ingredients from local markets, and ended the evening with a cozy Netflix night on the large TV. The home blends luxury and comfort and the thoughtful details, from beautiful cutlery to pool safe tumblers and extra large pool towels, made our stay extra special. We felt completely at home.

Excellent host who contacted me ahead of our arrival to advise of key handover time and who provided several links for restaurants and things to do in the area. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, plus our host left us a bottles of water, coffee capsules and a bottle of fizz for our arrival. Location was great, a 10 minute walk from lakeside and beach with plenty of restaurants close by, and the views of the mountains around lake Como were fantastic. The apartment and location in Colico have us the perfect base from which to go sightseeing or to spend time relaxing lakeside, we had a fantastic time here.

Great location. Lake facing with a great view of the lake and mountains from the living room. 5 minute walk from the station with convenient trains to Milan, Varenna and Tirano + Bernina. Nice spacious apartment. A tip for guests like me who don't speak Italian. Please communicate with the host in advance , use Google Translate and take help from one of the friendly locals in the Piazza if required.

Excellent property in a great location. Very spacious rooms, ideal for a family or group holiday. Plenty of restaurants nearby and only a 10 minute walk to the train station and an even shorter walk to the Ferry port for travelling around Lake Como. Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to anything we asked, including recommendations for restaurants/things to do. Lots of parking at the property and would highly recommend hiring a car for the stunning drive to St Moritz which only takes around 90 minutes.

This is an excellent hotel with gorgeous views. It is situated in the Northeast side of Lake Como in Colico - one of the quieter towns. It is a bit "far" from other traditionally popular towns around the lake but very much worth it. The staff were really nice and friendly, food at the restaurant for dinner (and the eggs for breakfast - cooked upon request) was delicious. We stayed in October so it's off-season (pool was understandably closed) but I can only imagine what it's like during summer. If you have an electric car, they have a charger too. Really glad we stayed here.

Our Stay was perfect! The apartment was clean and has everything you need for couple of days. The location is great, 3 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the center/all the restaurants. The pool was great, big and clean. Our dog was allowed to walk around the garden. The owners were very friendly and flexibel! We would definitely stay there again if we return to logo the como.

The pool is perfect. The fenced yard is perfect for our two small dogs to enjoy. The location is great for going to the lake and walking to the downtown area. Get pizza from the restaurant on ge lake.

The BEST location. Great views on the lake. Close to the restaurants and the beach. The atmosphere is really relaxed, with many families and friendly people. You can hike/ride a bike into the amazing surrounding nature. The house itself is spacious. Downstairs is an amazing new bathroom (which we didn't use as we were with just the two of us). The fan in the bedroom is great (a bit noisy). Having your own parking space is great. And our dog enjoyed the (fully fenced) garden very much. The front garden has enough shade.
