It really did feel like home! It was so comfortable, big, well-furnished, ample food left for breakfast … pretty faultless I’d say. The owners are the icing on the cake - so attentive and thoughtful. All-in-all it made our stay in Bologna perfect.

Awesome house, super comfortable and spacious, absolutely all needed amenities and more! Lovely yard, parking inside, 15 min drive to Bologna. The village nearby is also very nice for an evening stroll. Rooms big, each with own bathroom and toilet, heated, very comfortable beds. I had a wonderful stay at those rooms in Bologna! The bed was veryy comfortable, and the room was new, spacious, and very clean. We also had a lovely view which made our stay even more pleasant. The host was incredibly kind and always available whenever we needed something—he even helped us book a taxi when we were leaving. His hospitality made a big difference! As for the location, it was fantastic. Just outside the building there were two bus stops that made it easy to get anywhere in the city. There were also restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes nearby. Overall, it was absolutely worth the price and I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! Communication and the warm welcome were excellent, and the parking recommendation was super helpful. Since the property is brand new, everything was spotlessly clean. The shower was by far the best I’ve experienced in any hotel so far. Having complimentary Nespresso was a great bonus. The location is amazing, very close to the city center. The only small downside was that the main entrance key was a bit tricky to use, but it didn’t affect the overall experience. If I come back to Bologna, I would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing stay. The hosts welcomed us incredibly warmly, they gave us recommendations and kept the place spotless. The room was super cosy (Blue room), there was always warm coffee, snacks and fruits. The location is perfect for the Bologna Children’s book fair, there are different delicious restaurants on the same street and a mall with an Aldi 5 minutes away. There’s a bus stop in front of the homestay that takes you anywhere you need to go. Huge thank you to the hosts for making our stay so amazing! 100% will come back

The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. The flat was super well-equipped, the fridge was stocked with cold (soft) drinks, and snacks, tea and coffee were readily available. The flat was clean and cozy, very homely, and the area seemed safe. We took our dog to a great park just next to the flat. A/C in all rooms. Great value for money indeed!

The hospitality and care that Luca and Katia provide is outstanding. Location is perfect to visit Bologna, bus stops 2 min away to downtown. Great apartment, spacious, clean and comfortable

Katia and Luca were fabulous. They provide very detailed instructions when it comes to checking in to the property. The apartment is fully equipped with all the kitchen ware, towels and even food! Luca communicates very well and he even took us out for a 4 hour walk about in Bologna town. Thanks again Luca and Katia for all your warm hospitality.

The host was very kind to let us check in at 12:30 midnight. Katie's husband was really cheerful at that time of the night as well. The place was great, They provided a full breakfast with milk, eggs, Croissants, and lots of other stuff. The place is very nice and clean. Katie helped me to plan my day trip. It was great help. Her communication and response time is excellent. Thanks for having us
