Fabulous Hotel recently updated in 2018 with modern finishes. Everything was amazing - the Staff was over the top friendly and helpful, the bar area with fireplace and expert mixologists exceptional, nice afternoon tea, beautiful views, delicious restaurant for breakfast (need to book ahead to seat for dinner @30 euros/pp/4 courses, spa exceptional with heated pool, lounge, massage and rooms big with wonderful showers, toiletries (hyaluronic lotion) and wonderful outside area with hot tub, outside fire pit and balconies to view the mountain scape. We will return to stay here and spend more time in Castelrotto - a wonderfully idyllic location for experience and close proximity to ski slopes.

Between your apartment's kitchen and an additional shared kitchen with extra appliances you have everything you need. The host ensured arrival and departure were very easy. Recommended.

Very friendly, communicative and knowledgeable landlady, who kindly gave us lifts from and to the bus station on arrival and departure. Offered tasty homemade joghurt and fresh eggs daily from the farm for our breakfast. She also did shopping for a light dinner on our arrival day . Arranged a free public transport pass for the duration of our stay - very handy! Clean and well maintained flat. Responded promptly to any needs of repairs. Accommodation easy to reach from the small town either on foot or by local bus. The town had good transport links to the surrounding areas and towns. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

We arrived after midnight - although reception had closed, the check in was smooth. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. The hotel has a cosy, lodge style feeling you could easily spend all day enjoying the lovely food and views. We requested a late checkout and it was no trouble - 20 euros per person and there was no set time limit to when we could leave. Seceda cable cars and Alpe de Suisi are close by.
