Everyone was so friendly, nice, customer service oriented and professional. At the reception, they who served the breakfast, the transportation chauffeur to the beach and the room cleaning team. The room was very nice and clean. Hotel is really good and perfect location. Magnifying mirror/shaving mirror would be a plus.

We spent 6 nights in this beautiful place and loved every minute of it. The rooms are spacious, the arrangement and furniture is very tasteful and the terrace has views of Mount Etna and the sea. Communication with the owner was super easy and any questions we had were answered right away. The location is perfect with a supermarket as well as shops and restaurants near by. We will definitely come back.
