I stayed at Marine Villa recently and had a great experience. The highlight of the place is definitely the incredible view from the balcony — you get a clear, wide look at both the mountains and the Dhoom Dam. It’s honestly one of those views you can keep staring at without getting bored. Super peaceful and refreshing. The villa itself is cozy, clean, and well-maintained. It’s got everything you need for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are quiet and feel a world away from the usual city noise — perfect if you just want to relax and disconnect for a bit. What I personally loved: The balcony view — morning tea just hits different with that view. Calm atmosphere — no disturbance, just birds, breeze, and nature. Great spot for photos or just zoning out in peace. The balcony alone gives you the kind of scenic view that makes the whole trip feel worth it. If you’re planning a getaway with friends, family, or even solo, Marine Villa is a solid choice. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!

The stay is surely one of the best properties in the city. I visited with my family and had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Property has best view, small kitchen well equipped with essential items, spacious for kids to move around, clean and tidy, beautiful sunrise view straight from the bedroom balcony, dedicated Car Parking. Owner is helpful and accomodative. Special mention to caretaker Bishnu for all his efforts to make guests comfortable and to keep the place neat and tidy. Recommended for family, friends, couples and everybody. Definitely a five star stay 😊

The experience was super comfy and relaxing. The owner & care taker (super friendly) were exceptional with their service. The villa was huge with dreamy views and curtains all over. The pool was huge & clean to relax and play around. Many sightseeing locations were nearby to plan your day out with family & friends. The villa was Clean. Chintu the ginger cat will walk around you ( if you love cats you can take him inside the villa). Our overall Experience was soothing and relaxing. I would highly recommend this villa without any second thought to book and have quality time with family or with friends. Thank you so much for the ease you provided Heram & Care takers. Much love ❤️

The grounds are alive with vibrant flora that attract various bird species, making it a paradise for nature and wildlife enthusiasts. A delightful surprise during our stay was spotting the majestic Indian Giant Squirrel - a rare treat for any animal lover. Adding to the charm, the owners have pet mongooses and a couple of friendly dogs, making the experience even more unique. The food here was exceptional, prepared in the authentic Parsi style. Each meal felt like a treat, and the desserts were delightful. I highly recommend having breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the property to fully enjoy the culinary experience. It’s a perfect getaway for families, with plenty of activities to keep children engaged. The outdoor area features games like table tennis and carrom, ensuring fun for everyone. Disappointing - What previous guests thought, 68 reviews
So for a fact I was very concerned as I have seen all those negative reviews and was traveling with my wife and our dog but eventually landed up at the location post conversations with Chinmay. I can tell for a fact that the reviews are indeed misleading. The rooms are not 5 stars not good for the budget. No stinking, cleaning was done properly and as they have solar hot water 24 hours. I will certainly suggest to please visit the property and then experience the stay yourself rather than deciding with the reviews.
