Rohan, his wife and all staff are amazing and very helpfull. They helped me with everything, with the taxi, with renting a motorbike and with lots of tips about Goa. The hotel is very clean, well organized and super beautiful. The garden, with the restaurant, are very welcoming. The location is also very good, close to the beaches and at the same time peaceful and quiet.

Beds are comfortable too. *Cost*: for all the comforts this property provides according to my experience it was value for money. *Owner*: the gentleman was very helpful and very courteous about everything we approached him for.
