Everything! This is a perfect room exactly like the pictures located in a jungle paradise. It's surrounded by nature and wildlife and fire flies which I loved! It's a 5 minute walk to the best part of the beach and restaurants. It is one of the best places I've stayed in. A lovely family own it and provide you with a beautiful breakfast every morning which is SUPERB! Don't book anywhere else, book this one because this is hidden away around the corner from the others and provides privacy and peace! Thank you for a wonderful stay! I'm sad to leave!

Such a gorgeous place to stay. The bungalow is beautiful and spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is immaculate and it's all within a stones throw of the most beautiful beach with the warmest waters I've ever been in. Sebastian is extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend staying here, it has everything you could need, peace and quiet, yet easy walking distance to restaurants and shops etc, next to the beach and a lovely setting. Thank you Sebastian, we will be back! 😊

This was probably our best stay in India. We arrived to a very clean room with AC. The location was perfect for relaxing on the beach (1 min walk). You can borrow a parasol and beach chairs. The area of the beach had basically no tourists, just a little beach restaurant. The town is full of very friendly people, this includes the hosts of the hotel. They were very friendly, flexible and accommodating. The food at the hotel was excellent and fairly priced. (I would also recommend Fisherman’s Cafe - especially their squid fry starter) Overall 11/10, would specifically go to Alleppey to stay here next time I’m in India.

Pradeep and his family have been great hosts. They have helped us organise our time around the area, offering suggestionss and arranging transport. Sabine, Pradeep's mother, have cooked us breakfast and dinner too one night. It was delicious. We felt like home and highly recommend to stay with them.

Our stay was like returning home, as it was the second time at Mr. Babu's and we felt like long-awaited and welcomed. We enjoyed as much as before the homemade tasty food cooked with care in abundance by Mr. Babu's wife. Welcoming smiles and readiness to help, cleanliness, and comfort, Mr. Babu's excursion and closeness to nature made our stay relaxing and laid-back, just what we needed. We definitely recommend it for everyone who is looking for a getaway from urban life and harmony.

Best hosts and accommodation we’ve experienced in Kerala. Suburb food, served on our big terrace (they have a restaurant at the beach but we were in low season so it was closed, but hey, getting served on your own terrace is even better :) Kerala breakfasts but if you prefer European it’s also possible. I’ve had the best dinners there, truly amazing. My husband got sick from eating street food elsewhere, from some shack at the beach, and Augustine came with a few teapots with strong lemon tea and my husband felt better very soon. Wonderful and caring hosts. The room is also very spacious and comfortable, terrace is wonderful with a lovely garden view. And a lovely cat 😃 The beach is only minutes away. We will definitely come back here!

We only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed much longer. The hosts are great people and the house is spotlessly clean.The place has a lovely ambience and only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. We had our evening meal with some other couples at the Beach house and again the food was fantastic and really well hosted. We would come back in a flash! This place is great value for money.
