There was nothing at all to dislike, the accommodation was everything we could have wished for and the host, Eleanor, was simply amazing. On our first night's stay she dropped us off into town to go to the pub and not drink-drive and picked us up later. She took us on a brief sightseeing tour of the main town and showed us where the best restaurants and pubs were. The apartment was spotless and beautifully appointed and included a welcoming basket of "goodies", something unexpected but very welcomed. Thank you Eleanor for a great stay, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Thea and Fergal were the most delightful hosts. We felt very welcome and immediately at ease. Each morning there were delicious homemade treats from Thea, and Fergal was always around for cuddles. I couldn't have imagined a better stay, and we will definitely be coming back.

I loved my stay here!!! The village was beautiful and the locals were so friendly. Everything is within walking distance. The lodge itself is stunning. I especially loved the beautiful artwork that adorned the rooms. Also, coming back to the bathroom after a busy day of sightseeing was perfect. I definitely plan on coming back one day soon.
