Great location- close proximity to malls and metro line. Interior was nice. Room was very spacious. All basic amenities were available without having to call downstairs. Smart TV in the lounge. Good service by reception. Wish I knew about this place sooner- I’d choose this place over mainstream hotels in a similar price bracket.

It's very affordable stay,the boss and the staff were extremely friendly and room was more or less okay,bed comfortable and all...for that you can't expect much more...its in North jakarta so not really far from centre and some main attractions...it is close to beach on North,but when you say close its 9km...centar is like 4km... All in all,cant complaint too much...

I stayed overnight with my daughter, and we both loved the bed and pillows! So comfortable. And the staff was very friendly, from the security guards to the receptionists. The room is also very spacious, and the facilities in the room are complete. Everything was in order. The floor of the living room was a bit dusty, but since we didn't stay too long in the room, it was OK. I asked for late check out, and they kindly gave me till 1 pm. Since I had an online meeting till around 12.45, I was worried that they would rush us, but they didn't! (I had a bad experience with a hotel calling me when I was not out of the room at 12.30 when we asked for a late check out). We chose this hotel because of its location: right next to Lotte Avenue, which made it easy since we wanted to watch a theatre that night in Ciputra Art Center.
