Me and my family loved everything. The hotel is exactly like in the pictures, the owners of the hotel and the staff are some of the warmest most kind people we met. They picked us up from the ferry port and later that evening we wanted to eat somewhere, and they drove us to town even if the hotel is very close to town they gave us a ride. And even when we were leaving they drove us to the port again. Anything you ask for they try to fix. The hotel is really nice, the yard and the pool likewise. They give you any information and help that you ask for. We were there to celebrate our mothers 60th birthday and the entire family loved the stay. They gave us tips on where to eat for our mother's celebration and much more. We also rented a car via the hotel which was very convenient to just have the car outside of the hotel. You can also park the car for free at the hotel. And also the Iland, I will definitely visit Naxos again and when so I will stay at the Naxos Village Hotel again! At the hotel there is a restaurant named Pantry, their breakfast is delicious we ate there every morning. And also the owners of the restaurant lovely people. Warm and family friendly. We honestly have nothing bad to say, everything was great!

I don’t know how this is a 2 star hotel because it was much better than many 4 stars i’ve stayed at. The hotel is nicely decorated, the rooms are comfortable, the pool is quiet and relaxed. The breakfast is delicious with different homemade desserts everyday as well as other local choices. The staff were very helpful, they explained all the best areas to visit and gave recommendations. Bravo to the family who run this hotel so beautifully.

The location is perfect, not too far from the centre but not in the noisy frequented area. The owner made our stay soooo easy and smooth. All his restaurant and beach recommendations was awesome 😎👍 He helped also with the car rental-we got even discount. They was bringing the car to the apartment so we didn't need to go anywhere. It was waiting us in front of the INN and we have our personal parking place! Lovely helpful people made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommended!!! 5* from us, definitely will back and choose them again. Also they are dog&animal friendly!!! We can say just and only good things.

The accommodation was very spacious and beautifully designed. The light-flooded shower and the whirlpool in the room are a particular highlight. This was an exceptional stay - the apartment was clean, beautiful, well located, and had every amenity. Additionally, the host was amazing. Padelis met us to give us the keys and also had maps with many recommendations for the area, which we took advantage of. He was communicative whenever we needed (even for further recommendations or questions about the area) and very warm. We appreciated all of his efforts, which lead to a perfect stay. The port and main town area, including the buses, were a minutes walk away. Perfect location. We loved our stay and would definitely come again. We highly recommend this property!

Great location. Modern, but also homely style. Stunning huge private terrace. Large bed very comfy. Very quiet, and you can step straight out onto the old town with shops and taverns and feel part of the atmosphere. A few minutes from the port and fairly easy to find, so no long sweaty journeys with heavy luggage. Great communication with hosts, and property is cleaned daily with fresh towels and linens every couple of days. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed each minutes of our stay at Fikas Hotel ! Toula the receptionist, and the hotel team were so kind and made sure to answer any questions or requests we might have. The bed was really comfortable, which is so good after a long day walking around ! Everything was perfect, and the hotel contributed significantly to our experience in Naxos.
