This may be a long review as we liked a lot of things. So, if you came to Santorini for night life, you can stop here. We came the whole family, parents and two daughters. That is why we looked for a beach front, two bedrooms apartments. And Dimitrios' house was exactly what we were looking for. And it was much more. The bedrooms are at first floor with their bathroom with shower. Both have the air conditioning that can run in any conditions (no key or open window restrictions - so be careful not to leave it open). Both bedrooms have plenty of space in the cupboards, the smaller one may be a little too small, but it was more than enough for our daughters. The crown of the first floor is the balcony on the bigger bedroom with straight view to the see. Seeing the sunrise in our first morning was priceless. The ground floor has a very well equipped kitchen, the only thing someone would miss is the microwave. It has its own bathroom, also with shower, so we could have a good split when coming from the beach. The living room is very spacious, here you can eat your breakfast or any other meal you ordered or prepared. The TV is a smart one, and you can enjoy several known movie applications. We were surprised by several book available in the living room but we were prepared for that from home. In front of the entrance, there is a small terrace, with a small table, two chairs and a cocoon where you can relax in the evening. At 20m from the house you can go to a small beach with three trees to get some shade. At about 50m from shore there is a stone barrier that stops the waves, and create a small area where kids can have a lot of fun (not very deep water). After the stone barrier you can go into the see, and, if there are no big waves, you can enjoy the swimming. It last for us only first two days, then it was too windy and wavy. I am out of possible words here so I will continue in "what didn't you like" ===

It’s perfect for a family or just for two. This hotel is exclusively romantic, stylish atmosphere and peaceful. Perfectly clean and comfortable. The pool area looks amazing. The experience is amazing, very good location ( 2 min. walk to bus stops that goes to FIRA) The neighborhood is quite, giving the authentic life that people are having. The Opalia suits are comfortably located near the beach in the second row of the buildings; very quiet location, with two empty lots on either side of the building. Everything in the room was new, with boho style, beautiful furniture, with great attention to details - they even have bamboo slippers and bamboo toothbrushes. There are mosquito nets in every window, which makes it easy to cool the room without neccesity of using AC. Very nice rooms, with hot tub/pool on the balcony/tarrace. I will be coming back!

A lovely hotel, located in a very convenient area, excellent and varied breakfasts and most importantly - the hotel is run by a lovely couple who never stopped helping us with recommendations, booking attractions, recommending restaurants and any other possible help. They even offered to come and pick us up if we got stuck without a shuttle. The atmosphere is family and warm and we highly recommend choosing this hotel.
