Quiet location outside Kryopigi, avoiding the tourist jams but easily accessible and not far away from the Kryopigi village centre (you could walk there but you would need a car if you are with kids or if you would like to visit other nearby villages). The beach is 5 minutes walk (somewhat steep path among greenery), secluded and wild, feels like your own private beach (wear water shoes as it is rocky in the beginning). The yard is well groomed, with a treehouse and hammocks. The view from the terrace is magnificent. We only stayed for two days so we did not use the facilities in the studio but it seemed to have everything necessary if you wanted to cook. Rita and Stefanos were warm and welcoming hosts that provided us with recommendations on all questions that we had. A relaxing getaway at the end of the summer season.

We had an amazing time at this villa! The villa is very quiet and features five spacious double bedrooms along with a lovely fireplace, making it perfect for our group of two families. The large private garden and barbecue area were fantastic for outdoor fun. The central water heating was excellent, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. While the villa has a charming, older style with wooden balcony doors and marble floors, this only added to its character. Highly recommend for summer holidays!”

Amazing location,near all the city attractions,but still quiet and relaxing. Parking is available and safe. Villas are specious two floors,clean and functional. Our host Vadilis greeted us in a friendly and professional way trying to make us happy and satisfied. Pool area is peaceful and spaceous. Clean,great flora area, sunbeds and bar available. Everything. The property is very close to the center, but in a quiet street, so in the evening you can take a walk in the center and peacefully relax on the balcony later. Apartments are fully equipped with everything you need. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator. Air conditioning and free wifi go without saying. The apartments are cleaned every day and you get clean towels in three days time. Marika and her father are so warm and nice people, ready to help for whatever you need. At the end of your stay you get a present from the host, as a sign of affection.

It's a part of paradise. We enjoy ourselves in this beautiful garden, the location is good and our dog was the happiest. Very beautiful and I recommend everybody.

Location fantastic, our host the best,peaceful but within reach of Tavernas etc, Dog friendly with lots of walks on your doorstep. Great wild beach down the hill great fishing,all set in fantastic gardens.
