House is new, furniture are new, very new that even the price tags are still on them :) Host is very friendly woman, she offered cold water and apple juice for our son. Location is very close to city center, we have rented a car and drove there, there is a little bit of slope and bumps along the way but easy to navigate and park.

The apartment is excellent, located in a new building. From the balcony, you get a partial sea view along with a beautiful landscape. The kitchen is very well equipped, and I especially appreciated the many small amenities that are often missing elsewhere, such as salt, kitchen bags, soap, kitchen foil, and even mosquito repellent. The owner was also very helpful and responsive in communication.

Cozy place for relaxing holidays. It is in a rural environment surrounded by small farms. There are chickens, cats, a dog, and a horse nearby. It is situated in a quiet area outside of the town. There is a BBQ outside on a large patio. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities. The shower was surprisingly large. The bed was comfortable. The A/C was working. Strong WLAN was available. We spent seven nights @ Panorama Studios and can't wait to be back again soon. We were greeted by the smile of Krisoula who gave us the best welcome: we had the opportunity to appreciate her and the great Staff throught the week and can only speak wekk for their kindness and professionality. The Bar serves by far the best Cappuccino (Italian proof) we could find in Kos, and the food for dinner is excellent. Having the view of the sea is definitely a must so be sure you get a sea view room!

It was the 6th time we've visited the hotel and like always everything is PERFECT!! Because we've visited the hotel so many times, they gave us an upgraded room with sea view and with 2 seperated bedrooms, without even asking. The food is absolutly fantastic and also the main bar is very joyful!! All of the staff is so friendly and helpful! In one word: FABULOUS!! Thanks again for the wonderful stay! See you next year!!
