The host was super kind, at the end of the stay they even gave us a small gift - some homemade olives and jam. I liked the big old pine tree and the BBQ terrace. It's a cozy corner to spend an evening with a bottle of wine. There was also an EV charger, which was one of the reason we chose Villa Sara for our stay in Nikiti

The owners and stuff were very helpful. The property has free parking. They allowed us to check in early. The bed was not very soft, but that was not a problem for us. In the room, there were complimentary water, drinks, and sweets. There were mosquito screens on the doors, and also mosquito repellent in the room. We didn’t use the kitchen area, but it was equipped with sufficient utensils. We ordered from the property’s bar; the portions were adequate and the food was delicious. The property has its own beach. The beach area is pebbly, but the sea floor is sandy. There were free sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for our room number(room 4). We were very comfortable with our two small children. There were enough tables and chairs in the garden. The view was beautiful. The owners gave us detailed information about the restaurants and places we wanted to visit. After our car trip from England to Greece, thanks to them, we had an amazing two days. This lovely property, which has become one of the places we want to visit again, will be dearly missed.

The entire experience was great : the accommodation looked exceptional as presented in the pictures, with no hidden issues or aspects. We really enjoyed our stay and this due to a great combo : perfect location, great amenities, and the kindest and most open hearted host I have ever met in my travels. I fully recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants to have a taste of Greek hospitality in a peaceful and tasteful home away from home.

A wonderful location, perfect for a couple with a child. We had all the necessary amenities – a baby cot and a high chair, which made our stay much more comfortable. The spacious balcony and the privacy offered were a great bonus. The property is very close to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!
