Athena is simply stunning, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The view is just wonderful, the classic, postcard view of Elounda. Both the bed and the sun beds were the most comfortable ever. The welcome pack of nibbles and Raki was a lovely touch and really made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back.

the hotel area is wonderfull. The organization of the Easter celebration was on a high level. The breakfast is very various and delicious. But the breakfast box (in case of early departure) disappointed me. The hotel managment should review the possibility to add hot meal in the box as the package is allowed to do it and the hotel level gives an expectation of such care. But it's just a recommendation. Despite of that our stay was amazing.

Everything was excellent. Location perfect. Swimming pool & pool bar lovely with great music & cocktails. Roof top bar views incredible. Rooms really great, you can see two options in my video review. Breakfast absolutely delicious with so many yummy things to chose from. Most importantly about the property ALL the staff were amazing in every department. It is a truly wonderful place to stay and we hope to be back again. All the staff were absolutely wonderful - welcoming, warm and so helpful! The location is ideal for those without a vehicle as you can walk just 1 minute to all the shops and restaurants in Elounda port whilst still being in a peaceful hotel. Also, within 10 minutes via taxi you can reach the charming village of Plaka which overlooks the island of Spinalonga or the town of Agios Nikoloas for a more lively experience - we loved both! My mother and I comfortably shared a suite and were able to enjoy some lovely evenings on our little balcony too. The accommodation was modern, simple and stylish. All in all a wonderful holiday!
