Our recent stay at Parea Blue Zone in Paros was a delightful experience in every sense. Nestled in a pristine location, this new hotel really impressed us with its modern design, cleanliness, focus on detail, and calming energy. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of Parikia (just a 5 minute drive down to the center) and the surrounding area. Waking up to the beautiful views was a highlight of our stay and offered such a serene start to each day. Breakfast overlooking the infinity pool and the island could not have been more picturesque. Moreover, the sunsets were simply breathtaking, making evenings at the hotel truly memorable. The rooms were not only stylish but also comfortable and equipped with all the amenities we needed. What made our stay even more exceptional was the friendly and accommodating staff. Eleutheria, Athan, Dionysia, and Kostas (we cannot thank you enough!) were attentive to every detail and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. They helped with all of our questions, and their hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to our stay, making us feel just at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Parea Blue Zone and cannot wait for an opportunity to return. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or exploring Paros for its natural beauty, this hotel offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and stunning surroundings. Cute place. The rooms were not big enough but it was very well maintained, clean and nice. We loved it. The staff were very friendly and ensured our stay is comfortable. The beach is 2mins walk from the hotel and the downtown is 10mins walk. We will definitely go back here!

First of all,costa the owner is very kind person he escorted me from the port till the hotel,gave me info about the town,he helped me a lot by taking photos and videos for my business he was very supportive, his wife is very lovely lady. The room was clean colorful with great balcony. The hotel just 5 mins walk from the port with great location close to the market, restaurants and coffe shops. They are generous owners they offer coffee tea (cold and hot ) with cakes or cookies. Costa the owner always ready to respond on WhatsApp. I felt so safe. I enjoyed the town and for sure I will come back in the future. And I can not forget they have a very friendly dog who loves all the guests Thank you and much appreciated

The location is perfect. Very close to the center of Parikia and also close to the nearby beaches and beach bars. There are also many cafes with breakfast and brunch options very close. The street was quite even on hectic times during the day. We got a room on the second floor with a nice balcony and view. The rooms were always clean and tidy. Eleni is a wonderful host. Represents perfectly the genuine greek hospitality. She was always helpful and proactive with our requests, made us feel like home. I highly recommend it. We will come back for sure.

An exceptional hotel located in a central part of Paros. Facilities superb, gym could perhaps be a little larger but no complaints. Antiparos ferry was ten minutes down the road and a visit is an absolute must. Staff could not be more helpful.

Perfect location, perfect view and beautiful sunset. The standard of cleanliness is really high and the owner of the place are very Kind and patient. If you plan a kite vacation so it’s a really good location, just a 8 minute from the mean kite beach

The location of the hotel was great, the staff was always super kind and helpful and the food at the hotel was very good. Sunsets at the hotel are epic, and it is a quiet place where you can completely relax. Not too many guests makes it private and peaceful. Would definitely go back.

We spent three nights in the one bedroom villas and had a wonderful experience. The photos do not do the location or the view justice. You need a car to enjoy the surrounding areas, and for meals as there’s no kitchen but we loved being just outside of the town and enjoyed the quiet afternoons and evening sunbathing and using the hot tub. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly and wanted to go over and above to make our trip enjoyable.

The location and views are exceptional. Hotel employess all very friendly and always keen to help from the moment you arrive until you check out. You have a private oasis within the premises while 10 minutes drive you are in the main city and close to amazing beaches (20/30) min drive.
