It was located in a nice, quiet road, well back from the street. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished with gorgeous antique furniture. The bed was huge and super comfortable and snuggly. Lovely quality tea, coffee and biscuits and tops were easily available in the lounge- also beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptional - they could not have been more helpful and friendly! Amazing service! The food, decor and service at the Town pub next door was also exceptional.

This property is very secure with codes for all entries even for the gated car park which I was very happy with as being in a different location to what I’m used to I really felt that my family and my car was secure and safe. I also found that the property was very clean and tidy with the beds being very comfy to sleep, I only needed a bed for the night but this property is equipped for a longer stay with all the comforts of home there. The use of the TV with apps so that you can log in too and the use of WiFi was a bonus with having teenagers really pleased . The walk was only 20 minutes to and from the Utilita arena to me that was great.

We were especially happy with the additional touches to make our dog welcome. He was given treats on arrival and there was a bed and bowl in our room. A proper pet friendly hotel, not just one that accepts pets.

Convenient location for motorway. Dog friendly. Easy to park (even at 3am when we arrived). 24 hour really helpful check in and brilliant staff. I can’t remember the name of the lady at breakfast but she was so polite and friendly and made us feel welcome. Nice, hot powerful shower in the room.
