We loved every minute of our stay, from the beautiful view to the peacefulness of everything. Dominic was amazing and very helpful and only a phone call away if needed. Twycross Zoo is just a short 10 minute drive away which we had to visit.

An amazing place built 1340, so it felt a privilege to stay in this wonderful lodge with all the history, and amazing facilities. The best well equipped kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. We loved our stay so much and it felt like we were stepping back in time, but with modern features that were beautifully hidden. Beautiful position by the gorgeous Abby and Father Phil is so lovely and funny. We definitely will book again.

Staff are amazing, and two in particular. James was like a blue streak in the hotel, running around for 5 guests at once and making it look a breeze.. A stand out customer service type who made the whole stay amazing. No detail was too small for him - he made us feel like we were staying at the Savoy. James, if you are reading this, I expect you to have your own hotel one day. Usayd was a champion of the dining room, and in the morning for breakfast, bewteen James and Usayd - there was nothing but 5 star service and class on display. And the place was CLEAN and I mean CLEAN. Usayd was there on top of the whole experience in the dining room. Overall, GREAT STAY. Hotel is one of the cleanest we ever stayed in. This is a compliment, but I cannot believe this was a Holiday Inn.

Fantastic cabin in a really good location. Booked for a trip to the Snowdome and couldn't have been easier to get there and back. Log burner already on when we arrived and a very friendly welcome. Highly recommended.
