Lovely apartment, clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice large, well-appointed kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Lovely large sitting room and dining area too, with TV, games and plenty of tourist info. Bathroom is very nice with a lovely deep bath. Handily located just outside Bowness (up a steep hill though)

Absolutely everything, beautiful property, really spacious. Real luxury. Loved that there was a Christmas tree, made it extra cosy. Everything you need to make a fire. The bath is the main bathroom is huge! 5 minutes from windemere and brockhole. Would love to come back soon.

We've enjoyed a lovely holiday at Jessica's cottage. We've stayed at a number of different places over the years, but Jessica's cottage has been the best! Perfect location for anyone staying in bowness with just a 3 minute walk into town. A lovely bright and spacious cottage with private parking. The enclosed garden is great too if you have a dog! Highly recommend!

The room was fresh and clean. It was dog friendly, which is why we choose it. Dogs were allowed in the majority of the hotel, and we were even provided with a dog bed in the room.

The hotel was lovely but needs a bit of TLC in places. Great location but some may find it difficult due to hill leading up to it. Pet friendly room was excellent with dog bowl, bed and treat waiting for us. Staff were friendly. Breakfast good. We got a really good deal when the sale was on but wouldn't be able to afford otherwise (should have been £1600+ for the week we stayed).

Location was amazing, only a 20 minute walk from Windermere. The view at breakfast was amazing!! Dog friendly - They put a dog bed in the room and bowls.

Location was perfect - views of the lake from the entrance (the view from the room was a car park but we did not expect the best room as it was a pet friendly one) Breakfast was lovely and the breakfast restaurant felt 5 star (I do like to have a pleasant room for breakfast) Although dogs are not allowed in the main part so maybe leave pooch in the room at breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful Short walk down the hill (3 mins) to the shops and a further 5 mins and you are at the ferry port on the lake

Property is located in a beautiful place. Unfortunately, the whole building could do with a real update. The rooms are extremely basic. Our bath panel was hanging off, the room was cold on arrival and they spoil the whole experience by allowing dogs inside the building. I appreciate this was a dog friendly day however the smell of wet canine is all around especially in the mornings when the cleaners have the hoovers on. Not exactly what you want to smell before heading for breakfast.
