The team in the hotel and the owner were gentle, lovely and supportive people. The breakfast was delicious and included the possibility to have plant milk that is often difficult with allergies. Gluten free cereal was also available. We also order a parking space for our car. In the evening the hotel also offered a pizza kitxhen and in the afternoon ice cream, so that all of our needs were catered for. Being right near the main city square, we also were able to participate in the local markets, folkloric entertainment, and other music fetes. By the time we left, we felt that we were almost locals.

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway. It’s close enough to a nice beach to swim at and the town center is quite close with a decent variety of restaurants. The apartment has all the necessities and was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of four.

Nice serene rural setting, off the noisy street and city life. Quiet, peaceful, serene. Still not far by car to Mundeka. Hotel has got a rustic charme – I liked the design and details. Healthy and delicious vegetarian dinner, not inexpensive (24 Euros including bottle of wine per person) but worth it. Especially enjoyable was the roofed area in front to sit and eat outside even during a rainstorm. Grape hills nearby, wonderful white wine for dinner. Nice spacious rooms, perfectly clean. Overall a friendly place with a good healthy rural atmosphere. We will definitely try to return.

The house was in a perfect location by bus to Bilbao .Communication was excellent with the hosts and were there to greet us. Shared kitchen and lounge well facilitated and great place to meet fellow travellers. Information given of local/Bilbao sights and available means of transport..Plenty of parking space. Very comfortable and clean room with brilliant views of the countryside from the verandah. Totally recommend it for all friends and family.

Everything. The owner was on hand, kind, helpful, welcoming! The property is steps away from the harbour, shops, cafes, supermarkets. The apartment was lovely inside, the kitchen was amply stocked with cooking utensils and crockery and there was even things like coffee, sugar, tea on hand, and milk in the fridge! We were given a gift of chocolates and snacks, shown how everything worked, supplied with lots of ideas on what to see. We enjoyed the town and the beautiful Urdaibai reserve and surroundings. Eskerrik asko!!!
