This place is the best if you want to have an experience far away from big resorts. The experience in the desert booked through the reception was great. The service is ++ professional and the place is incredible

Hotel is beautiful. Very clean and very well equipped apartments. All facilities exactly as in booking description. Everything works. If you like to cook, you can find everything which good kitchen should have. If you don't like to cook, you can eat at hotels restaurant where they serve very tasty meals. Simonetta (I think owner) is a very nice and helpful person.

Had a lovely stay here for 5 nights. Momen was great to me. He was messaging eager to help with tours and excursions. His father lives in the flat next door and offered to send his son to the shops with me to prevent me getting tourist prices. His brothers took me snorkelling to the local snorkel spots and his father invited me to have tea and food with him constantly. I can’t express how happy I am to have stayed here and to have had this amazing experience. Thanks so much Momen.

If you’re looking for a place to stay far away from the busy all-inclusive resorts: You have found what you are looking for! We haven’t been too sure about traveling to Egypt, after all you hear about all-inclusive resorts and crowded dive sites - but: we are so happy we gave it a try and found this little gem! Located in the middle of nowhere, 15 min drive from Marsa Alam and 5-10 min walk from the beach, Bedouin Valley Eco Camp is a welcoming and heart-warming place. We enjoyed our privacy in a stand-alone bungalow with a private terrace / balcony, as well as getting in touch with other guest and staff members in the common areas. The bungalows are simple, but sufficient. The huts have an amazing view of the sunrise above the Red Sea. All bungalows have an AC. Electricity regulary is available from around 5pm (after sunset) to 10pm, which was more than sufficient for us. Every bungalow has a little extra light that was charged by solar power during the day, so you won’t struggle finding the bathroom at night. The garden, restaurant and common area are built with much love and attention to detail, they been well taking care of. Plants are being well maintained, but don’t expect a tropical garden: It is just the right amount of plants for a place that is located in the middle of a desert. The decorative, colorful lights were just wonderful to look at at night and they’re placed all over camp (but still reasonable). The staff catered very well for our well being, without being intrusive at any time. Khaled, the chef, made us gain a few extra pounds, but every single one of it was worth it - food is local Egyptian and simply amazing! If you’re planning to explore the surrounding areas, renting a car is recommendable. A nature reserve park with wild camels strolling around isn’t too far from camp (app. 20 min by car). Possibilities to go horse riding, diving, snorkeling and sun bathing are just around the corner. Thank you so much! We will see you!

This place is a pearl and perfect if you are looking for a budget, quiet place and meet like-minded people! I stayed for a week, as a solo traveller female in Egypt I was a bit unsure, however, Abdul and his family were brilliant making me feel at home from the start! Abdul is the chef at the camp, so don't miss his delicious breakfasts (included) and dinners (additional, around 5-6€ meal). The camp is on a top of a hill, just 5min walk from the beach! The area is not touristy, so the beach is very quiet! You have the diving centre there and a beach bar. If you are lucky you can swim with turtles early morning! Abdul will help you with everything, from where to exchange money, take you to Marsa Alam city to show you traditional shops, negotiate better tours and taxis prices,etc. After dinner all guests would seat together, have some tea and enjoy the beautiful night sky! (I have never seen so many starts!) The rooms were humble but comfortable!I have stayed in Jimmy Hendrix house.The place gets so quiet in the evening that you will have the best repairing sleep of your life! As an eco place, the power is generated only from 5pm to 11pm. There will be no heated water in the shower, but as the weather is always warm, it was fine for me. There is no wifi, I had an Egyptian SIM card so it didn't bother me. Please don't miss the Dolphin House tour they organize! I paid 50€ for a full day tour, with transport and lunch included and yes, there were like a hundred dolphins surrounding me in the water, it is magical! The other guests were all friendly and super interesting people! We ended up grouping and doing tours together! The camp has a hostel vibe and I believe it is perfect for solo travellers, as it promotes meeting other people. If you are looking to have a great "home" base while you explore Red Sea during the days, this is the place!
