I’ve stayed at the hotel 3 times in the last 4 months, once with friends, second time with my wife and now with my daughter. The location is perfect if coming or going to Amazon. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. I always have the local trout for dinner

The staff was super, super friendly. They even repaired my swimming pants. The breakfast was lovely with every day a new freshly made juice from Ecuador. The room was large and had everything you need. It is a little walk (10 min) from the city centre. We liked that a lot because the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, while the city is very busy and noicy.

What can I say? 11/10 score. The kindness of Miriam (and Luchito and Caballito) is unparalleled. I booked one night and staid for almost one month (!). Canelazo by the fireplace, empanadas, pizzas, homemade bread, cakes, bones for my dog Mango (!) and Italian coffee are just a few of the things that Miriam offered for free during my stay. My room was clean and comfortable, there’s parking for a few motorbikes or a camper van, the shared kitchen has all you need, the garden (with view of Tungurahua volcano!) is beautiful and was a great place for Mango to play :). Thank you for a wonderful time in Baños 🙏🏻

This hotel was a dream. It’s located in the middle of the mountains surrounded by voluptuous vegetation which immediately released our stress. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, working hard to make our stay outstanding. The price was fair and absolutely worth the value.
