We had a lovely stay at numa, location is great and getting to the hotel was easy. The room looked amazing and was clean, too. There is no keys which is great because you don’t need to worry about losing them. We haven’t encountered staff on the property but the online customer service was great. Definitely recommend!

The staff were really helpful, especially when we needed a very late check-in as our train got delayed by 3 hours (they have 24/7 check-in available). The place itself is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. We had everything we needed, from coffee machines to towels. The location was perfect, couldn't ask for a better location; you go out the front door and you're practically in the centre. The breakfast so amazing, food was so good, and the staff were really attentive. I really recommend this accommodation, if I'm in Prague again I would surely stay here.

I am very pleased with the service I received at the Python Hotel. This hotel has all the good location characteristics: it is located in the pedestrian zone, in the "heart" of Prague and Wenceslas Square, it has both the spirit of the building of old architecture and a modern style, visually it is perfectly integrated into the historical architecture of eternal Prague. But just as important is the surprise you get with the hotel service. An outstanding range of breakfast dishes and a very good idea to serve tapas meals every day from 14:00 to 18:00 - free of charge for hotel guests. It was really a pleasure to stay in this hotel for three days in April. We were greeted with a smile and pleasant service on the first day, and just as pleasantly sent off on the way out on the fourth day. Kudos to all the staff at the Pytloun Boutique Hotel, especially Mrs. Marketa Charouzova, Guest realtions manager, who showed special kindness and helpfulness to the guests.

The hotel is excellent, a boutique hotel, located in the center of the old city, the rooms are spacious, in an ancient style, you can walk to any central place in the center of the old city, the hotel is about two hundred meters from the main square. The staff at the hotel are excellent, but must mention the three girls who manage the reception at the hotel, Diana, Daria and Elizabeth with grace, kindness and professionalism. Better service than a 5 star hotel
