More than satisfied with my one week stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time. Wifi was strong though the thick walls in the old house weakened it. I was still able to work without problem. Fantastic location as near the intersection where the best restaurants and cafes emenate from in San Gil and only a block away from the main square.

My boyfriend & I stayed here for 4 nights during a month long trip to Colombia. We loved it here. The family who run the hostel are extremely helpful, organising our excursions and taxis when we needed them. We stayed in the king room which was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is the perfect spot for a trip to San Gil. So central, right beside a great restaurant - Grigos. The staff are super helpful with tours. The hostel itself is spotless, a cosy feel to it and very spacious and safe. We had a very good fan in our room. Best hostel on our South American trip so far!

The place is peaceful, the nichts you can't hear only nature, silence, the stars. Magic. The owners are a happy couple who share their joy and love for the place, the life with you. Everybody feels so welcome there. The house is big, rooms are big, so much space, a colonial style old farm house with only nature around, views to valleys. 1515 above sea level, lovely winds all afternoons. Not hot , not cold, perfect clima.

Friendly staff, who helped us with everything we needed. Amazing quiet place in the middle of the nature with a beautiful garden with many birds and a nice swimming pool. They offer a Turkish steam bath service, which was really relaxing. The garden offers many places to relax. Many restaurants in San Gil have a delivery service to this hostel. The surrounding is great for walking and birdwatching. We had a private kitchen next to our room. The hotel dog is the sweetest dog ever!

Very beautiful Hacienda: spacious, clean, all things one may need are available.. and all of this comes with an amazing view. From the first minute I felt at home. This feeling only got stronger as Jane and Felipe were always at my service, like literally always.. day and night. Sorry for that guys ;-) The surroundings and lovely dogs & cats around gave that extra "home feeling". Wish I could have stayed longer as I only had 2 nights in San Gil! Highly recommended :-)

We really enjoyed our stay here. Jane and felipe were wonderful hosts and made us feel super welcome! We loved that the location was a bit out of the center of San Gil so we could really enjoy the views and the quietness of the place. We also loved the 2 dogs and cats. Jane made super good meals each evening. And a shout out to their good music taste :)

Friendly staff, who helped us with everything we needed. Amazing quiet place in the middle of the nature with a beautiful garden with many birds and a nice swimming pool. They offer a Turkish steam bath service, which was really relaxing. The garden offers many places to relax. Many restaurants in San Gil have a delivery service to this hostel. The surrounding is great for walking and birdwatching. We had a private kitchen next to our room. The hotel dog is the sweetest dog ever!

The location was perfect, close to the main square and to the bus station to go to Barichara. Bed is super comfy and the common area with hammocks is the best place to chill. The owner and the staff are really friendly and they will make you feel at home from the moment you step foot in the hostel. All the activities are available at the hostel for good prices. Breakfast was delicious. Least but not last, the sweet crazy cat Loki who acts like a dog!

Nice place to stay a couple of days. It's a quiet place, surrounding by nature. We met a friendly dog and cat. The owner was not present but managed to provide what was needed for a good stance.

The hotel is a little paradise in a green garden. The location is perfect - a bit from the city centre. You can still hear the traffic, but it is not a problem. The pool is great - clean, warm and calm. Breakfast is good. The rooms are nice and clean. In front of the rooms there is a big, nice terrace. The parking is not a problem. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also have cats and dogs :). We would coma again for sure!
