This was absolutely perfect hospitality experience! Everything was completely perfect and staff was paying attention to the smallest of detail. It was absolute pleasure to spend couple of days there in the middle of the Columbia trip. We have arrive by a car transport, past reviews were commenting that the car drive there is very uncomfortable, from my point of view it was not that bad at all.

The hotel is well located and offers a wide range of services. It is a quick ride away from the old town and just across the beach. Rooms are quite big and everything in there is of great quality (bedding, linens, etc). The staff is extremely nice and professional and this is valid for all the staff! I have not seen anything other than smiling faces from the people holding the door for you at the entrance all the way to the cleaning staff and the receptionists. The facilities are really good but the niceness and professionalism of the staff is really what left us a mark!

The place is very close to the airport (5 min walk) which makes it perfect if you have an early flight or you arrive very late at the airport. Mrs Nancy water for me until 12.00 in the evening and she brought me fruits in the morning although breakfast was not included:) she was super kind. The room was spacious and the bathroom was separated and very clean !

Brilliant staff, comfortable room and bed. Very good air conditioning and smart room. We had a lower floor room facing the pool area. We didn’t use the pool in the end which is a little plunge pool but great for cooling off if you’ve got more time than we had. Breakfasts are nicely shared on a joint long table with other guests. Location is excellent in Getsemaní. I particularly want to thank the staff for allowing us to stay in the pool area after we checked out for a late flight. In addition the care (such as offering us water for free) once we had left the payment window I thought was very kind indeed. The welcome cocktail was unbelievably good.

The staff was super helpful and responsive. The pool was closed but they kindly gave us access to the nearby pool club which made up for it. The flat was very nice and clean and the location excellent!

The hotel is well located and offers a wide range of services. It is a quick ride away from the old town and just across the beach. Rooms are quite big and everything in there is of great quality (bedding, linens, etc). The staff is extremely nice and professional and this is valid for all the staff! The location of the hostel and quality of the room was great. we had a private room and it was extremely comfortable (balcony was a plus) whilst the central location in the walled city was perfect. The hostel had plenty of activities on offer at a competitive price and the hosts were always extremely helpful. The price for the room vs others in Cartagena was fantastic.

Great Location! The Apartment is amazing and very comportable,the amenities of the building are excellent. Right at the beach, big pools with kid zone, playground, pet friendly. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, all the appliances are brand new. Very stylish, clean and quiet, great place to relax!
