I was very happy to stay here on my trip to Dali. The guest house is conveniently located within walking distance between the old town and Cangshan Mountain. It is also within walking distance of the Three Pagodas. The rooms are nice and very comfortable. Some rooms have great views down to Erhai Lake and the mountains. The breakfasts provided are huge! I am usually a big eater but I couldn't finish all the food. The big highlight for me was the staff. They were all vwry kind and cheerful. I very much enjoyed my stay here and would be happy to stay here again.

It was a great experience staying in this place. It has the most fantastic lake view which exceeds my expectation. The 2nd floor lounge is impressive and I enjoyed the sunsets with my family there with afternoon tea. The staff are all very nice, I have my own chat group to communicate with them and they helped a lot on answering my question. The breakfast and afternoon tea was amazing, definitely good value for money!

It was perfect. I'm usually skeptical when there's a place with a 10/10 rating, but this one definitely deserved it! Not only is the room itself spacious, clean and beautiful, it has a really good view through the surrounding windows (don't worry, there are blinds everywhere if you want to close it off) Situated next to the old town is a blessing as it's too touristy there, but close enough to walk in it, if you want to. The hostess is fantastic! She is just a very nice, open and communicative person who makes the stay more than pleasant. Not only did she offer homemade food to try, but added us on WeChat to give us tips throughout the day. Simply a great place to stay, you won't regret it!

Kudos to the team! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Dali Resort, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish. This isn't just a hotel; it's a destination in itself. First and foremost, the views are spectacularly beautiful. Waking up to the breathtaking panorama of Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain from my room was worth the trip alone. The serene and picturesque setting creates a perfect sense of tranquility. The facilities are of exceptionally high quality. Everything from the spacious, impeccably clean room with a comfortable bed to the well-equipped gym and the stunning infinity pool reflects the Hilton standard of excellence. It felt luxurious yet welcoming. However, what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. A special shout-out to the Concierge team! They kindly received and securely held my pre-arrived packages. Furthermore, upon my request, they helped orchestrate a beautiful room surprise decoration for a special occasion. Their attention to detail and genuine willingness to help was heartwarming and made the celebration extra special. The breakfast buffet was incredibly extensive and delicious, offering a fantastic mix of local Yunnan specialties and international favorites – a perfect way to start the day. As a guest with executive lounge access, I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and evening happy hour. The snacks, drinks, and again, the superb views from the lounge, added tremendous value and relaxation to my stay. Considering the overall experience – the world-class brand, the pristine facilities, the unparalleled service, the amazing F&B offerings – the price point represents exceptional value for money in Dali. Many local boutique guesthouses charge similar rates but simply cannot compare to the consistent quality, space, amenities, and professional service that Hilton delivers here.
