Excellent location in lovely zernez! Rooms very beautifully done , and cosy and spotlessly clean . Bathrooms spacious and modern. The included breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel in our travels in Switzerland !

Super friendly and easy going host! They also give very good advice on what you can do in the area. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need (even oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, Nespresso, etc.). Stayed 4 nights there but there’s still so much to see. Will have to come back! Highly recommended!

The food was great, the Service Team was very friendly and helpful and what was extraordinery the lovely attitude to dogs. Our Schnauzer got as good service as us. In the room there was everything ready - a bed, 2 bowls, treats, dog towels. At the restaurant the same. I never experienced such a nice dogfriendly aproach. Thank you so much! We will be back definitely!

Specially thanks to nice Lady at reception. She offered me FREE tourist public transport card. With that card I use train and reach top of beaitiful mountains. Definately I would stay again.

Super nice staff. Bedroom was simple but super comfortable and clean. Great size bathroom and warm floor in it was a plus. Little play corner in the reception for the kids. Great breakfast and restaurant. Mr Roger and Mrs Rosa were incredibly warm and helpful as I had an emergency health situation with my husband on the day of checking in. They went above and beyond to help me settle in comfortably with my toddler. Now everything is fine and we will be back in the future in a more relaxed way.

It's a lovely family run hotel, the owners are very welcoming and friendly. As I guest, I got a pass that allowed to use the public transport and the cable car, which was really nice. Bogn Engadin spa is a 5 minute walk away, which is very convenient too.
