The location was just stunning 😍 set between the mountains and the blue waters,the hotel sure makes for one serene setting. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and well-mannered, special mention for Alex who made us feel special by going above and beyond to make our stay special. The wellness area and the surrounding area are amazing for relaxing, hiking, or just lazying around under the sun. We highly highly recommend the stay, especially for couples. We would love to go back sometime!

Location was excellent for trip up to Mount Rigi and boat across the lake to Lucerne, literally next door. Hotel and outdoor area absolutely stunning, magnificent views of the lake, staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Room was great , huge bathroom and so clean, there is an excellent coffee station on each floor which always had plenty of everything that you need. Excellent breakfast,lots of choice

The hotel is lovely and in an amazing location. The lake boats stop is just next to the hotel and the train up to Mount Rigi is less than a minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful both in the hotel and at the tourist office next to the train stop. The views over the lake are stunning. The hotel provide a visitor pass for your stay, which includes free transport around Lake Lucene.

This is a proper luxury hotel. We arrived by car and appreciated the roomy parking. The location is no less than excellent, just by the water and if you bring kids, know that there's a big playground very close to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly.

The location of the hotel is perfect with lake views. The staff were helpful and friendly and accommodated us when we asked to change rooms to one nearer the lake. Breakfast was fine and the special dinner we had for Swiss National Day was very good. Our bed was large and very comfortable.

We were blown away by Flora Alpina! The view of the lake from our room was stunning especially being able to watch sunset from it. The pool, hot tub, and spa area was amazing and extremely relaxing. It was all open from 9am-9pm which was great and allowed us plenty of time to relax and enjoy the services after a long hike. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, answering all questions and giving recommendations for the surrounding area. This is a great location so stay at for hiking Stoos and Rigi as both were easy to get to by bus.

Stunning location with the most phenomenal views of the lake, beautiful hotel grounds, professional service all round, amazing breakfast and the spa was incredible! Best hotel we stayed in our Swiss roadtrip. Although it’s a little dated, it has a real charm about it and has been well looked after.
