Loved everything about our stay here. Beautiful, large room right across from the lake. Super friendly service - we went down late for breakfast one day and they not only recommended a fantastic resturant, they also called ahead and checked for us that they were open. The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had informed them that I will be traveling with my dog and they had even arranged a dog bed, towel, and bowls in the room in advance. The ambience of the hotel was also very peaceful and I had access to the wellness facilities. My dog and I really enjoyed our nature escape and were able to recharge our batteries at the hotel!

very convenient location , just 2 minutes walk way from the railway station. The room has a very good view of the mountain. The hotel located is only 2 stops of train from Rigi Kulm. It is a pefect experience to walk a bit around the hotel at the Rigi, extremly beautiful view especially in the morning and in the later afternoon... The breakfast of the hotel is quite good, lots of choices.
