We were there for only one night, and it was far beyond our expectations. They upgraded us to a deluxe room with the lake view that was recently renovated. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Indoor wellness was closed due to the renovation, but the Jacuzzi and Sauna outside were amazing, clean, and with beautiful views. Breakfast was very delicious and complete. Hotel dinner was also tasty, with great ambiance and reasonable prices. There was also a very convenient on-demand transit between the hotel and Vitznau station!

I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had informed them that I will be traveling with my dog and they had even arranged a dog bed, towel, and bowls in the room in advance. The ambience of the hotel was also very peaceful and I had access to the wellness facilities. My dog and I really enjoyed our nature escape and were able to recharge our batteries at the hotel!

very convenient location , just 2 minutes walk way from the railway station. The room has a very good view of the mountain. The hotel located is only 2 stops of train from Rigi Kulm. It is a pefect experience to walk a bit around the hotel at the Rigi, extremly beautiful view especially in the morning and in the later afternoon... The breakfast of the hotel is quite good, lots of choices.
